Sport has been part of my life since childhood. I was a competitive swimmer — a national team member, part of the Olympic squad, a European Junior Championship winner, and a multiple national and international champion.
An injury eventually ended my athletic career, but it opened a wonderful new path. I came to understand that what matters most to me is the natural, healthy functioning of the body and long-term wellbeing.
In today's busy world, making time for ourselves is more important than ever. My core belief is that movement shouldn't feel like an obligation or self-punishment — it should be an enjoyable, energising experience you genuinely look forward to. I place great emphasis on correct movement patterns, because strong foundations are the key to pain-free, effortless movement.
Every client comes with different goals and challenges, so I never stop learning. My clients tease me for always being on a new course — and I take that as a compliment. It's how I make sure I'm giving them my best.
Alongside personal training, I am a certified spine trainer, and I work with cupping and kinesio taping. I also specialise in prenatal and postnatal fitness. Because physical issues often have emotional roots, I have completed additional training in naturopathy and kinesiology.
My greatest joy is watching my clients grow stronger, build confidence, fall in love with movement, and create a happy, pain-free life.
I can't wait to train with you!
