When the mother feels well, the baby benefits too. Exercise can significantly relieve the discomfort and symptoms associated with pregnancy.
Properly performed, regular exercise helps maintain the condition and strength of muscles and joints. My clients can participate in varied workouts, with routines fully customized to their bodies, always keeping the health of both the mother and baby in mind. I adapt the exercises each trimester, taking into account the mother’s physical and mental state as well as the growth of the baby bump.
