Before starting the workouts, we will discuss the goals You want to achieve and based on a health check I will compile a private wourkout program for You. It is important to learn how to perform the exercises correctly and I let my clients understand what and why we do. As a result, they are able to perform the exercises on their own after a while without help and repair.

I prefer functional workouts, whose essence is to help the movements of daily life. I keep my classes varied and in a cheerful mood. I increase the load, based on the principle of gradation. Frequently used tools: fitball, rubber band, dumbbell, TRX, Smr roll, gymstick. I look forward to seeing You in my classes!
